Cast aluminum alloy
The aluminum alloy used in the casting process requires ideal castability: good fluidity, low shrinkage, hot cracking and cold cracking tendency, small segregation and gettering. The element content of cast aluminum alloy is generally higher than that of the corresponding deformed aluminum alloy, and most alloys are close to the eutectic composition.

1. What’s the process of customizing my own product?
Drawings, 3D files from customer → communication about details →Order confirmation → Mold design and making → Test and repairing mold → Making sample → Customer confirmation → casting → CNC machining → Surface treatment (optional) → Inspection → Packing → Delivery.
2. Can you provide samples?
Yes. Before mass production, we can send samples to you for confirmation.
3. What’s your payment term?
Normally, 30% down payment after confirm the contract/PI, balance before shipment/copy of Bill of Lading.
